Our story begins in 1993, when our founder started working as a laborer in the Florida construction industry. From hands-on framing to finish carpentry, he learned every trade by doing the work himself. In 2004, he earned his Florida General Contractor license (CRC1327256) and launched Mac Development with a simple mission deliver quality home remodeling services with honesty and personal care.
Today, we continue to serve Seminole and surrounding cities with the same hands-on approach. We are not a chain or a sales-first company. We are a local, family-operated business that works closely with each client from day one. That means real accountability, clear estimates, and projects that finish on time and on budget.
